Rum Punch from Gypsy Willowmoon

Rum Punch from Gypsy Willowmoon

Serves 6-8 people.


500 ml good quality - dark rum.
150 ml sugar syrup.
150 ml freshly squeezed lime juice.
100 ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice.
500 ml freshly squeezed orange juice.
1 1/2 tbsp. Angostura bitters.
1 tbsp. grenadine syrup.

To Serve:

Ice cubes.
Grated fresh nutmeg.
Orange slices and cherries.


Combine ALL punch ingredients in a large jug, stirring well.
Add more sugar syrup, if desired.

Strain the punch to remove any pulp & serve over ice (or chilled) with a generous sprinkle of nutmeg & a speared cocktail stick of sliced orange and cherry.
